Lucrecia Pascual's work has always stood out for its deep Mediterranean roots and this is even more evident in her current exhibition at the ESPAI BLANC gallery. In these last paintings exhibited here, the reference to various elements of classical language is totally explicit and a whole repertoire of capitals, columns and balustrades appear as clearly figurative elements of a work based above all on a poetic use of texture. A texture of telluric roots dominated by the ocher tones and temples of the Mediterranean land and the fine grains of the dream mermaid beaches.

An always contained and elegant use of color in the work of Lucrecia Pascual, a sense of harmonious universe of great sensitivity that arises to the viewer in a world of tranquility in which these classic references reach a special symbolic quality.
